Essential viewing - Why not try the Aldbury Tri?

A message from the host......

"Welcome to the UKs friendliest Tri. Run by a group of friends from Aldbury but starting in Nettleden near Berkhamsted. The format starts with a 2000m row on a Concept 2 rowing machine rather than a swim which makes it an ideal first tri as the swim puts some people off. Alternatively, enter as a team and have three times the fun. For the serious Triathletes the course is sprint distance but the 24km cycle course is challenging and the 5km run is nearly all off tarmac.

There is tea, coffee and cake in the morning, so please bring the whole family along to support. Post the lunchtime BBQ and prize giving, the kids can take part in the fun tri with different year groups from 4-14 doing loops around the grounds of Nettleden Lodge safety away from public roads.

100% of donations go to our two charities with not a single penny of costs deducted.  Harrison’s Fund via http://harrisonsfund.com/  and Cancer Research via https://www.justgiving.com/WillJacksonMoore1

Entry is now all on line with a fee of £35. The kids events are all free and can all enter on the day. On line entry at: https://resultsbase.net/event/3533
